In plain words: use our apps for anything lawful, don't try to break or copy them, remember that prices and figures are estimates rather than advice, and buy subscriptions through Apple — which also handles cancellations and refunds.
بعبارة بسيطة: استخدم تطبيقاتنا في أي غرض مشروع، ولا تحاول كسرها أو نسخها، وتذكّر أن الأسعار والأرقام تقديرات لا نصائح، واشترِ الاشتراكات عبر Apple التي تتولى أيضاً الإلغاء والاسترداد.
By downloading, installing or using any app published by Aioratec, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. These Terms sit alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which also applies to every App Store download.
بتنزيل أي تطبيق تنشره «أيوراتك» أو تثبيته أو استخدامه، أو باستخدام هذا الموقع، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. وإن لم توافق فيرجى عدم الاستخدام. وتأتي هذه الشروط إلى جانب اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي من Apple التي تنطبق أيضاً على كل تنزيل من App Store.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of our apps, nor remove any proprietary notices, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام تطبيقاتنا على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، لأغراض شخصية أو تجارية داخلية. ولا يجوز لك إعادة بيع تطبيقاتنا أو ترخيصها من الباطن أو تأجيرها أو هندستها عكسياً أو فك ترجمتها أو محاولة استخراج شفرتها المصدرية، ولا إزالة أي إشعارات ملكية، إلا حيث تحظر القوانين هذه القيود.
This matters, so we'll be direct. Figures our apps display — gold spot prices, calculated quotes, taxes, workmanship fees, budgets, projections and totals — are estimates provided for convenience. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and they are not an offer to buy or sell anything.
هذه نقطة مهمة، ولذلك سنكون صريحين. الأرقام التي تعرضها تطبيقاتنا — أسعار الذهب الفورية والعروض المحسوبة والضرائب وأجور المصنعية والميزانيات والتوقعات والمجاميع — هي تقديرات تُقدَّم للتسهيل. وهي ليست نصيحة مالية أو استثمارية أو ضريبية أو قانونية، وليست عرضاً لشراء أو بيع أي شيء.
Market data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Local tax rates and workmanship conventions vary by shop and change over time. Always confirm the final figure with your jeweller, bank or accountant before acting on it. Aioratec is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of a number shown in an app.
تأتي بيانات السوق من مزوّدين خارجيين وقد تكون متأخرة أو ناقصة أو خاطئة. وتتفاوت نسب الضرائب المحلية وأعراف المصنعية بين المحال وتتغيّر مع الوقت. لذا تأكّد دائماً من الرقم النهائي مع الصائغ أو المصرف أو المحاسب قبل التصرّف بناءً عليه. ولا تتحمّل «أيوراتك» مسؤولية القرارات المتخذة استناداً إلى رقم يظهر في تطبيق.
Because your content is stored on your device rather than on our servers, you are responsible for backing it up — an iCloud or computer backup of your device is the simplest way. We cannot recover data lost through device damage, loss, reset, app deletion or an iCloud change, because we never had a copy of it.
لأن محتواك مخزَّن على جهازك لا على خوادمنا، فأنت المسؤول عن نسخه احتياطياً — وأبسط وسيلة هي نسخة احتياطية لجهازك عبر iCloud أو الحاسوب. ولا يمكننا استعادة بيانات فُقدت بسبب تلف الجهاز أو ضياعه أو إعادة ضبطه أو حذف التطبيق أو تغيير في iCloud، لأننا لم نمتلك نسخة منها قط.
You agree not to use our apps or website to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to interfere with or overload any service they connect to, or to attempt unauthorised access to any system. You are responsible for the content you enter.
توافق على ألا تستخدم تطبيقاتنا أو موقعنا لمخالفة أي قانون، أو انتهاك حقوق أي شخص، أو التشويش على أي خدمة تتصل بها أو إثقالها، أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أي نظام. وأنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي تُدخله.
The Aioratec name and logo, the names Reminlet, Notelit, Goldlet and Spendet, and all app designs, interfaces, icons, artwork and code are owned by Aioratec and protected by intellectual property law. Content you create inside the apps remains entirely yours.
اسم «أيوراتك» وشعارها، وأسماء Reminlet وNotelit وGoldlet وSpendet، وجميع تصاميم التطبيقات وواجهاتها وأيقوناتها وأعمالها الفنية وشفرتها مملوكة لـ«أيوراتك» ومحمية بقوانين الملكية الفكرية. أما المحتوى الذي تنشئه أنت داخل التطبيقات فيبقى ملكك بالكامل.
We may add, change or remove features, and we may discontinue an app entirely. If we discontinue a paid app we will give reasonable notice through the App Store and this website. Apps require a supported version of iOS, iPadOS or watchOS; we may end support for older versions.
قد نضيف ميزات أو نغيّرها أو نزيلها، وقد نوقف تطبيقاً بالكامل. وإن أوقفنا تطبيقاً مدفوعاً فسنُشعرك بمهلة معقولة عبر App Store وهذا الموقع. وتتطلب التطبيقات إصداراً مدعوماً من iOS أو iPadOS أو watchOS، وقد ننهي دعم الإصدارات الأقدم.
Our apps and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
تُقدَّم تطبيقاتنا وهذا الموقع «كما هي» و«حسب توفرها»، دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك القابلية للتسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو الدقة أو عدم الانتهاك. ولا نضمن تشغيلاً متواصلاً أو خالياً من الأخطاء.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aioratec is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of our apps or website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل «أيوراتك» مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية، ولا عن فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح أو الفرص، الناشئة عن استخدامك لتطبيقاتنا أو موقعنا. وحيث لا يمكن استبعاد المسؤولية، فإنها تقتصر على المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا مقابل التطبيق خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة. ولا تسمح بعض الولايات القضائية بهذه الحدود، لذا قد لا تنطبق عليك.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم الدولة بأي نزاع — دون المساس بحقوق حماية المستهلك الإلزامية في بلد إقامتك.
